Are the items sold on this website authentic?
Our high-end luxury items are meticulously inspected by qualified experts to guarantee their authenticity.
For additional reassurance, a Certificate of Authenticity is provided, upon request, by a reputable French auction house.


Do sold out items get restocked?
Our website is regularly updated, and our goods restocked upon availability. All you have to do is keep track and contact our customer service for detailed or specific information.


What is a pre-order?
Items can be ordered in advance, prior to them being available on Les Intemporels website, and received at the date indicated by the supplier and shown on the item specifications.


When will my order be shipped?
Available items will be shipped within 5 business days (Monday-Friday) following the order’s completion. Processing time may take longer during sale season, or on special promotions. Pre-Ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are delivered to our warehouse, as indicated in the confirmation email sent after the order’s completion.


What is the cost of shipping?
The method and cost of shipping vary depending on the selected shipping country. We use DHL services for shipment and delivery.


Can I cancel an order?
Only the orders that have not been processed can be canceled.
To request an order cancellation, please go to MY Account and sign in, or insert the email used to place the order and the order number, then click CANCEL ORDER.
This feature will not appear if the order has already been processed.


What do I do if I receive a defective item?
All items are verified by our quality control department before being shipped. If you happen to receive a defective item, please send an email to customerservice@lesintemporels.paris, with attached photos clearly showing the defect. Do not forget to specify your order number and item code. Kindly note that items in a state of normal wear and tear, or that have been damaged due to improper use or by accident, are not considered defective.


Can I change the shipping address of an order I have already placed?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the shipping address once an order has been completed.


How can I check the status of my shipment?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All you need to do is click on the number to check the status of the shipment directly on the courier’s website.
